This is a fine example of effective signage. It practically screamed at me as I pulled off the freeway to fuel my car. I don't think I've seen a Noon-5pm Happy Hour before. That's plenty of time to play pool and drink $2 beer.

ReplyDeleteNoon to five happy hour ! Someone can't count... but I'd go for it if I was there. I'm wondering why the eight ball isn't black though. I've never seen a white eight ball.

ReplyDeleteKatie - It would be a happy hour to spend that many hours away from work every day. But as you pointed out, people that are there regularly probably don't have jobs. At least, not jobs with normal hours.
Owen - I haven't either. I wonder if they thought it wouldn't stand out as much if it were black. Hmmm.
